We offer free worldwide shipping on all items.
UK Returns
We offer free returns for all UK orders. Please email info@elizajanehowell.com within 14 days of receiving the item to start your exchange or return.

Please note we are unable to accept returns requested more than 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned new, unused and with tags attached in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once your return request has been received, we will arrange a time with you for pick up using DPD and the driver will arrive with the label.
Refunds will only be granted once we have received your piece back to us in unused condition.
Personalised, Bespoke and Altered items, they are not eligible to be returned.
Europe & USA Returns
International orders are to be returned at the customers own cost and risk if using your own shipping methods. if you would like us to arrange a return, we can do this and will deduct the shipping cost amount from your refund amount.

DUTIES AND TAXES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
For countries outside of the UK, please be aware that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown on the website. We currently offer full refunds exclusively in select regions. Eligible countries include Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Monaco.
USA orders will be responsible for the duty charges on orders.
Please note that these charges are collected by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities and are not charged by Eliza Jane Howell.
Made-To-Order & Pre-Order Returns
You will receive your pre-order within 6 weeks for short dresses and capes or 8 weeks for long dress styles. Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.
Repairs
We want you to enjoy your dress and offer a repair service if required so you can wear your pieces for a lifetime.
For any repairs please get in touch by emailing info@elizajanehowell.com with photos of your piece and we can send you a quote for repair and post your item back to you for you to enjoy.
